Celebrated my 82-year-young dad’s birthday with a biking adventure! At age 82, he goes swimming and does strength training daily at YMCA, then he goes lawn bowling 3X/wk, and walks 10K steps daily. He also goes grocery shopping and does all the cooking for the family. He also follows my nutrition advice so he was able to reverse his diabetes and cholesterol. Love the pretty lighthouse and the cool looking rocks. Thank God for allowing us into the monastery since we got there when it is almost closing time. Even we have very little time to walk around, we were able to take some good pictures without too many people in the background. Then we were able to try the renowned Pasteis de nata at Pasteis de Belem, very yummy
