The more colorful the food, the healthier it is?!

OK, it PASSES the color test but FAILS the nutrient test, LOL!!!
Normally I recommend clients to eat at least 3 colors of fruits & veggies (Eat a rainbow) per meal because different colors have different vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. But artificial flavors & food coloring don’t count, good try, haha!!!

If McDonald’s had vegan options 🤣

Look! The McDonald’s meal just got “veganized”, not a bad idea🤣🤣😂😂
But if you asked me whether it is a balanced meal, I would have to say no. For a balanced vegan meal, you definitely want to incorporate plant-based proteins, since that’s the one thing most vegans/vegetarians don’t get enough of if you are not intentional about.
