Sophie is a multilingual Dietitian and Personal Trainer born in Hong Kong. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and Spanish, helping her connect with clients from different backgrounds.
Inspired by her family’s medical history (Stroke, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Breast Cancer, Endometriosis), Sophie pursued to study nutrition and fitness to help them regain control and improve their quality of life.
Chinese or Asian Americans may not find Western nutrition applicable. Sophie bridges the gap with evidence-based guidance rooted in Chinese food traditions.
Sophie collaborates with adult children to support their aging parents. Her cultural understanding of both Asian and American culture help fosters family-wide engagement across generations in health improvement.
“A Healthier You Journey” is a 6–12 month personalized program incorporating nutrition, movement, and stress management while preserving cultural food practices.
Sophie 是一位出生於香港的營養師, 精通多種語言, 包括粵語, 普通話, 英語和西班牙語, 這有助於她與不同文化背景的客戶溝通。
受到家族病史 (中風, 糖尿病, 膽固醇, 乳癌, 子宮內膜異位症) 的啟發, Sophie開始研究營養和健身, 以幫助他們重新控制並改善生活品質。
