Fun Apple Donuts 蘋果甜甜圈

Indulge Without Guilt: Fun Gut-Friendly Apple Donuts 無需內疚, 盡情享受:腸胃友善又有趣的蘋果甜甜圈 ⬇️
Ingredients (3 servings):
½ medium green apple
2 medium strawberries, chopped
¼ medium banana, sliced
1 tbs sliced almonds
1 tbs unsweetened almond butter
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tbs unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
1. Prepare the apple: Wash and core ½ green apple. Slice into 3–4 rings, each about 1–1.5 cm thick.
2. Spread the base: Spread almond butter evenly over the rings.
3. Add fruits: Top with strawberries and banana slices.
4. Finish with toppings: Sprinkle with sliced almonds, cinnamon, and coconut flakes if desired.
5. Serve: Place on a plate and share among 3 people (each gets 1–2 donut rings).
材料 (3份):
½ 個中等大小的青蘋果
2 個中等大小的草莓, 切碎
¼ 個中等大小的香蕉, 切片
1 湯匙杏仁片
1 大匙無糖杏仁醬
¼ 茶匙肉桂粉
½ 大匙無糖椰子片
做法:
1. 準備蘋果: 將 ½ 顆青蘋果洗淨去核。切成 3-4 個圈, 每圈約 1-1.5 公分厚。
2. 塗抹底料: 將杏仁醬均勻塗抹在圓環上。
3. 加入水果: 放上草莓片和香蕉片。
4. 加入食材: 撒上杏仁片, 肉桂粉, 並可依個人喜好撒上椰子片。
5. 食用: 盛入盤中, 3 人分享 (每人 1-2 個甜甜圈圈)。
