*Spinach and Berries Smoothie 菠菜莓果冰沙*
Ingredients (1 serving):
2 tbsp rolled oats
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup organic soy milk
½ cup frozen mixed berries
½ ripe banana
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp psyllium husk powder
Directions:
1. Measure all ingredients.
2. Add everything to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth; add a splash of soy milk if needed for a thinner texture.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
