Ingredients (4 servings):
4 cod fillets
½ cup ground oats
½ tsp garlic & herb seasoning
⅛ tsp black pepper
1 cup organic corn kernels
1 cup sliced green beans
3 tbs avocado oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped chives
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes
2. Prepare the coating: In a shallow bowl, mix ground oats, garlic & herb seasoning, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
3. Coat the cod: Brush cod fillets with oil. Press each fillet into the oat mixture, coating evenly on all sides.
4. Air fry the cod: Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with avocado oil. Place cod fillets in a single layer and air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and flaky.
5. Cook the vegetables: Toss corn and green beans with avocado oil and a light pinch of salt. Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender and lightly crisp.
6. Finish & serve: Drizzle cod with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve alongside the corn and green beans.

5. 烹調蔬菜:將玉米和青豆與酪梨油和少許鹽拌勻。用氣炸鍋以 400°F(約 204°C)的溫度炸 6-8 分鐘, 中途搖晃一次, 直到蔬菜變軟且略帶酥脆。
6. 完成並享用:在鱈魚上淋上檸檬汁, 撒上切碎的香蔥。搭配玉米粒和四季豆一起食用。
