Cancer Recovery Smoothie: Carrot & Pineapple Fuel for Healing 紅蘿蔔和鳳梨冰沙: 癌症康復的燃料 
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 tbs rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chopped carrots
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup organic soy milk
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp psyllium husk powder
Directions:
1. Add the oats, pineapple, carrots, Greek yogurt, and soy milk into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add chia seeds and psyllium husk powder. Blend again briefly until incorporated.
4. Pour into two glasses, serve chilled, and enjoy!
