A Healthier Business

Last weekend, we had another successful corporate wellness class about Healthy Snacks Ideas with Spanish speaking Nutritionist Gaby Gonzalez. We discussed the importance of incorporating a variety of healthy snacks that are balanced, fiber and protein rich, mininally processed, low sodium, clean label, and nutritious to keep energy levels stable and avoid crashes later in the day.
