Joy was thankful that she joined A Healthier You Journey program and lost weight, going from 153 lbs to 146.6 lbs (her ideal body weight) in 3 months and was able to maintain it afterward. Her waist shrunk by 3 inches, and her hips by 1.5 inches. She also experienced non-scale victories, fitting into clothes that were once too tight. I was able to provide her weekly accountability and tailored meal plans, incorporating her Asian cultural food preferences. This journey not only transformed Joy physically but also instilled a new mindset about food, leading to a happier and more confident self.
