While we were in Lisbon, we signed up for a market tour and a cooking class. We went to the local wet market to purchase the ingredients, including the local sea bream, different colorful veggies, did taste testing of the different bread and cheeses at the bakery and tried some roasted pig. Then we went back to the kitchen to prepare the 4-course meals. We also learned to open our own oyster and fileting the fish. We had a lot of fun and met people from around the world. Will definitely try to do a cooking class wherever we visit in the future.
